The 3 Step Method

About

Our Founder, Rachel, discovered that the secret to Family Wellbeing was a lot simpler than we've been 'sold'. In essence, there are 3 steps.

Once you have the 3 steps in your psyche, you can check in daily with them. It is a great tool to check in with when things just feel 'off' or out of balance.

Step 1

YOU

The Individual.

​

Step 1 is simply making sure that you, as the adult, are meeting YOUR needs. This comes first.

Step 2

The Team

Your Family.

​

We often make this step 1, but this is step 2. Meeting the needs of the family and ensuring the right boundaries are in place for YOUR children.

Step 3

The Environment

​

Every family is different  and so are the environments we thrive in. This step invites you to gently reflect: What helps us feel calm, connected, and safe in our space? From routines to surroundings, small adjustments can create big shifts in how we feel day to day.
