Group Sessions

Bringing the K'nnekted Method to your school, organisation, or team.

The K'nnekted Method is a practical, neuroscience-informed framework that helps people regulate, connect, and create environments where everyone can thrive.

The Talk

Why everything starts with you

A 20-30 talk for staff meetings, network events, conferences, and community gatherings.

There are no slides, just one handout and it can be adapted to any audience.

Delivered across three contexts: workplace and leadership, education and early years, parents and carers.

The Workshop

A 90-minute experience for schools, organisations, and leadership teams.

Through the K'nnekted® framework, participants leave with a personal toolkit built around what they actually need.

The Science Behind Success — workplace and leadership teams
A Regulated Classroom — educators and early years
Breaking Cycles at Home — parents and carers

The Play Prescription

The Play Prescription brings the K'nnekted Method to life through pure experience: five play stations, no slides, no chairs, no requirement to talk about feelings. Regulation happens through doing.

Teams leave lighter, more connected, and with a clearer sense of each other's strengths, not from a personality test, but from actually playing together.

A Story from a CEO

''Our leadership and management team, all holding hands, creating a spark. As soon as anyone in the circle let go, the spark went out. This is a symbolic reflection of what makes a strong team. When we’re connected, there’s a spark - collaboration, innovation, growth, collective ambition. When we’re not, the spark goes out. Simple, and as true as that.

Bring K’nnekted to your team because regulated, connected people don’t just perform better… they feel better, lead better, and live better.

“This workshop provided me with an opportunity to see how others work and feel. It was a reminder that what and how I see things is different from others. Communication is key!"
