About Us
We’re Rach and Rich; a wife and husband team and the founders of The Family Wellbeing Hub.
Together, we share a deep passion for real, human wellbeing.

Between us, we bring experience from both the high-pressure corporate world and frontline education, alongside qualifications in coaching, facilitation, and trauma-informed practice.
We’ve lived the demands of leadership, parenting, and performance and we’ve seen how burnout and disconnection can ripple through families, teams, and communities.
Our Mission: Raising Awareness of ACEs
We are committed to increasing understanding of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and their lasting impact on emotional, physical, and relational wellbeing.

Through compassionate, accessible, and trauma-informed support, we help families, educators, and organisations to:

✅ Understand the long-term effects of early adversity
✅ Respond with empathy, not judgement
✅ Build safe, connected environments for healing and growth
✅ Prevent the generational impact of trauma through education and support

At the heart of our mission is a simple belief: when we build emotionally healthy organisations, the ripple effect reaches families, communities, and most importantly, our children.

Our Story
When our son Archie was born in 2011, everything changed overnight. Rach was working in school leadership, Rich was thriving in corporate recruitment, and we were juggling work, parenting, and the pace of modern life without local family support.
By the time our daughter Elsa arrived, we began to see how overstimulating and systemised family and school life could be and how easy it was to become disconnected from ourselves and each other.

By 2020, we made a big shift: moving from the city to the countryside to slow down, reflect, and reconnect. That space gave us clarity; society isn’t built for families to thrive, and genuine connection is often replaced by busyness and screens.
That realisation inspired The Family Wellbeing Hub: a space that supports children by working with the adults and systems around them.

Rach brought her experience in education, child development, and holistic wellbeing. Rich brought his passion for coaching, creativity, and leadership. Together, we created one simple vision:

✨ Relaxed Adults = Thriving Children ✨

Because when adults feel connected, grounded, and well, the ripple effect reaches every child and every community.

We support families, leaders, teams, and communities with practical, heartfelt strategies that create lasting impact; for this generation and the next.

Wellbeing isn’t a luxury or an add-on. It’s something to be woven into everyday life; at home, at school, and at work. That’s why The Family Wellbeing Hub exists: a space where learning is practical, support is relational, and change is sustainable.
