I’m Rachel, founder of the Family Wellbeing Hub, and I’ve spent years working at the intersection of emotional regulation, wellbeing, and family dynamics.

 

As a teacher, mentor, and coach, I’ve seen first hand how emotional safety and self-regulation can transform families, communities, and businesses.

 

Our approach is grounded in cutting-edge science, including neuroscience, quantum physics, and epigenetics, all evidence-backed, trialled, and tested approaches.

 

By combining these powerful disciplines, we empower organisations to create lasting change in the way employees approach their wellbeing and performance. This holistic approach focuses on emotional safety, self-regulation, and resilience, offering proven strategies that lead to sustainable, thriving work environments.
