The Story
Story connects us all in life.

Our founder, Rachel, shares her journey below:

Why This Matters
We were never meant to do life in isolation.
We were never meant to lose our spark.

I’m Rachel, mum of two, ex-primary school teacher, energy practitioner, and someone who believes in a more playful, connected way to live. Not just for our children, but for ourselves.

The Family Wellbeing Hub was born from my own awakening; when life cracked me open and I finally saw what was underneath: a sensitive, intuitive woman who’d spent years trying to "fit in" to a world that didn’t feel like home.

Like many, I ticked the boxes; career, family, home; but inside, I was carrying invisible pain. I was doing everything “right” while quietly losing myself. It wasn’t until I became a mother and saw my own anxiety reflected in my children that I understood: healing had to begin with me.

That’s when everything changed. I began a journey into holistic healing, energy work, neuroscience, epigenetics and spiritual connection. Piece by piece, I reclaimed myself. And I started seeing what’s missing in the way we raise our families and structure our society.

We’ve built systems that disconnect us from our bodies, our children, our truth. Systems that treat play as a luxury instead of a life force. Systems that ask our kids to sit still and behave, instead of letting them lead with curiosity.
Systems that reward performance over presence.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

A New Way Forward
What if we built a society that valued play, connection, energy and emotion as much as results and structure?
What if we supported parents and children to stay connected to their authentic selves from the start?
What if thriving wasn’t the exception but the new normal?

That’s what the Family Wellbeing Hub is about.

It’s a space for those who are ready to break the cycle; to remember who they are, to parent with presence, and to live with more ease, trust, and joy.
Not fluffy. Not bypassing. Just real, grounded, practical support for living well and raising whole humans.

We’re here to reimagine what wellbeing looks like, at home, at school, in business and in community.
Because when we’re connected, to ourselves, to each other, to something greater, we bring more play, more softness, more creativity into the world.

This Is the Shift

This is about coming home to who we are.
Not fixing.
Not performing.
Just reclaiming our power and helping our children keep theirs.
Because a society that nurtures play, connection, and authenticity?
That’s the kind of world I want to live in.

And I believe we can build it.
Together.

Connected, we thrive.
